Nan Memorial Gifts

Whether she was known as Nan, Nanny, Nana, Gran, Granny or Grandma, the name that she responded to belongs to whatever you choose to remember her by. Our Nan memorial gifts can display that name on graveside ornaments, glass hearts, photo lamps, keepsake boxes, and frames.

If you’re looking for a special piece to keep at her graveside, or something smaller to display in memory of Nan at home, this range is build around both. Our wider ranges of graveside memorial plaques and engraved glass memorial hearts include more designs which can be personalised to remember your lovely Gran.
