A funeral guest book gives family and friends a place to write their names, memories and words of comfort, and gives you something to treasure long after the day itself. Our collection of personalised funeral and memorial guest books includes photo cover books, large A4 books and floral hardcover books, each one made for a funeral, wake or memorial service.

Every book can be personalised with a name and dates, and many with a photograph of your loved one. Whether you are arranging the service yourself or sending a book to someone who is grieving, we handle every order with care and can deliver it directly to them without prices or invoices. Many of our books, including our scrapbooks and wooden-cover memory books, have room for photographs and mementos too, not just signatures. Add a remembrance table sign to display beside it.

Funeral Guest Books for Messages, Memories and Condolences

A funeral guest book records who came and what they wanted to say, and it becomes a comfort to the family afterwards. We offer three styles:

  • Photo Cover Guest Books: Hardcover books with your chosen photograph, name and dates on the cover, in designs including butterflies, rose gold and green and gold frames. Many measure 23 x 17.5cm with 80 pages, and we also offer a baby loss guest book.
  • Large A4 Guest Books: A4 books with 80 pages, in white linen with dandelion or flower designs, or with a photo cover, for larger gatherings and a keepsake with room to spare.
  • Floral Memory Guest Books: Hardcover books with floral, lavender or watercolour covers and space on the opening page for a name and photograph. Page counts vary by design, from 30 to 80 pages.

We also offer an A5 guest book sign with an easel in matching floral designs.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between a funeral guest book and a book of condolence?

They are used in the same way. Guests sign the book and leave a message, and a book of condolence simply puts the emphasis on messages of sympathy. You may also see the same book called a funeral memory book or a remembrance guest book.

How many pages do your funeral guest books have?

Many of our guest books have 80 pages, and some compact floral books have 30 to 50. Please check the page count and size on each product page before you order.

What should guests write in a funeral guest book?

A name and a short message is enough. Guests often share a favourite memory, a word of thanks or a few words of comfort for the family. You could add a line on the opening page inviting guests to share a memory.

What do I need to provide for a photo cover?

For photo cover books we ask for the name, dates and a photograph when you order. Choose a bright, high-resolution photograph for the clearest print.

Can I send a funeral guest book directly to a grieving friend?

Yes. Enter their address at checkout and your parcel will go out without prices or paper invoices. You can also include a free printed condolence message with your order.

How quickly are personalised funeral guest books dispatched?

Most of our personalised books are made and dispatched from our UK workshop within 1 to 2 working days. If you need one for a service, express UK delivery options are available at checkout.
